I couldn't recommend Arthur and the team at MoveMed enough. I look forward to jumping in the pool each week and I'm feeling better than ever!

I was initially a little bit hesitant about being active following my back surgery. I had lost confidence in my body and I was afraid I was going to injure myself again. The team at MoveMed were excellent - from my first appointment I knew I was in good hands. Melika gave me the confidence to start exercising again. My back feels great and I'm so much stronger than I was before.
