Hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy has lots of advantages can be a great way to reduce symptoms without medication or other more invasive treatments.

What does Hydrotherapy treat?

People with varied conditions can benefit from moving in water in different forms and to feel better. Hydrotherapy can provide symptomatic relief to people with the following conditions:

It’s important to remember that hydrotherapy doesn’t cure any of these conditions.

It shouldn’t take the place of any treatments or medications your healthcare provider prescribes you. In most cases, hydrotherapy helps people feel better by temporarily relieving pain, stiffness and swelling.

The hydrostatic pressure of water increases the BP in and around the heart. This can cause potential problems for clients with e.g., Chronic Heart Failure (CHF) and Coronary Artery Disease CAD) and needs to be taken into consideration.
