This policy covers this website: what it collects, why, and what we do with it. Your client records are covered by our client privacy policy, which we give you at your first appointment or on request.

What the website collects

Only what you type into a form: your first name, mobile, and email if you give it, whether you have been here before, who you’re booking for, and the best time to call. The form does not ask about your health. Please don’t include health details; we’ll ask when we call.

We use these details only to contact you and book you in. We don’t add you to a mailing list or pass your details to anyone else for marketing.

Where it goes

The form is sent through a service in Sydney straight to our email (Microsoft 365). The website itself does not keep a copy.

If you book online, your booking goes into our booking system, Nookal, which handles it under its own privacy policy.

Like every website, our host keeps short-term records of visits, such as your IP address and browser, to run the site and keep it secure. We don’t put advertising or tracking code on this website.

Staying anonymous

You don’t have to use the form. You can call us on (03) 7040 8190, and ask general questions without giving your name.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to contact you and book you in, then delete them. If you become a client, your details go into your client record.

Seeing or correcting your details

Ask us and we’ll tell you what we hold about you and correct anything that is wrong. Call (03) 7040 8190 or email exercise@movemed.au.

Complaints

Tell us first and we’ll reply within 30 days. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au, or to the Health Complaints Commissioner at hcc.vic.gov.au.
